Most of our time, that we don't spend sleeping, we spend at work.

Sharing laughter and humour at your workplace saves you from a burnout and has many other benefits: it strenghtens creativity, motivates employees and increases their self-confidence. Conflicts are solved more easily and it boosts the teamspirit. 

Briefly speaking: Laughter and humour create a sustained good work atmosphere.

The Feel Good Manager is responsible for the employees' happiness! In other words: They keep us from a nervous breakdown when a meeting again didn't go as expected or the IT system decides to take a few hours off.

With our petition to the UN and our laughter manifesto we demand that every company employs a Feel Good Manager in order to make the workplace more human and to protect the staff from burnout and illness.
